Trinidad's children deserve to
build with technology,
not just use it.

Education Solution Specialists Ltd. delivers structured coding, robotics, and STEAM programmes that give children and young people the skills and confidence to create in a world shaped by technology.

June 2026

Proman Post-SEA Coding & STEAM Programme

A five-day sponsored coding and STEAM programme for Post-SEA students across two schools in Couva, Central Trinidad. Students designed and built working smart community systems — a pedestrian crossing, a flood-alert model, and a recycling reward station — using flow-based code and physical electronics.

The Cracking the Code Camps (2021 – Present)
ESS partnered with bpTT to deliver the annual 'Cracking the Code' vacation coding camps at the Mayaro Resource Centre, reaching over 100 primary and secondary students each year with foundations in coding, computational thinking, and STEAM. Now in its sixth consecutive year, the camp continues to build community demand and develop a strong pipeline of students ready for structured, long-term learning.

The bpTT Coding Academy (September 2023 – present)
Building on the camps, ESS launched the bpTT Coding Academy in September 2023 — a structured, multi-level, year-round programme running on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Mayaro Resource Centre. Students progress through three levels: Explorer, Builder, and Innovator — advancing from block-based coding and STEAM concepts into software engineering disciplines including game development, web development, mobile app development, database design, and AI chatbot development.

What we do

Programmes built for children who are ready to create

Every ESS programme puts children in the role of engineers, designers, and problem-solvers — not passive learners. We work in schools, communities, and our own Learning Centre.

🤖

Coding & Robotics

Hands-on coding with real hardware. Students write code that makes physical things move, respond, and think — from SAM Labs electronics to robotics kits.

🚀

STEAM Holiday Camps

Immersive multi-day camps during school holidays. Structured daily programmes with team challenges, builds, and a showcase on the final day.

🏢

Corporate-Sponsored Programmes

Community education programmes delivered in partnership with corporate sponsors — bringing structured STEM education to students who would not otherwise have access.

🎓

School Partnerships

Embedded coding and digital literacy programmes delivered at your school, with trained facilitators, full equipment, and structured lesson plans aligned to your calendar.

About ESS

Building Trinidad's next generation of creators

Education Solution Specialists Ltd. was founded with a simple conviction: children in Trinidad and Tobago are capable of far more than the education system currently asks of them. The skills gap in coding, computational thinking, and digital problem-solving is real — and it is widening every year.

"AI is already reshaping careers. Programmes like ours give young people their first experience of building systems that think and respond — not just following instructions."

We are the team behind The SMART Learning Centre — a dedicated space for structured, facilitator-led STEM and coding education in Trinidad, relaunching in September 2026.

📍

Based in Trinidad & Tobago

Operating across schools and communities in Trinidad since 2019. The SMART Learning Centre is located in Woodbrook, Port of Spain.

🤝

Corporate education partners

We have delivered sponsored programmes in partnership with leading organisations including bpTT and Proman — running the bpTT Coding Camps since 2021 and the bpTT Coding Academy since 2023 and the Proman Post-SEA Coding and STEAM Programme in Couva in 2026.

Facilitator-led delivery

Every programme is structured, planned, and delivered by trained facilitators — not improvised. Students follow a clear progression from Day 1 to final showcase.
